Item 1: From previous meeting - No updates to report.
Item 2: Mediawiki discussion - No updates to report.
Item 3: Plan of action for 2016 - Wiki Loves Monuments - Neville presented a draft Wiki Loves Monuments workplan for discussion. This plan was reviewed and it was agreed that WLM 2016 will focus on Valletta and the Grand Harbour area (and immediately adjacent localities), as well as memorial sites and graveyards across the country. A shortlist of related monuments will be drawn up and these will constitute the central focus of the competition.
Item 4: Accounting and administration - The correctory deed mentioned during the previous meeting was signed and will be submitted to the notary.
Item 5: Other matters - Neville informed the board of an initial contact with the Donostiapedia project being carried out by the Basque Wikipedia Association and San Sebastian European Capital of Culture 2016. Neville may be travelling to San Sebastian to participate in an editathon being carried out within this project, as well as to present the work being carried out by WCM.
